Afterburner
Agent Framework
|
The SAIC Afterburner Agent Framework is a set of Java
classes for constructing distributed, cooperative, agent
systems. Afterburner agents have been used for
distributed, agent-based search and processing techniques,
as well as collaborative agent interaction (multiple
agents cooperating to accomplish a task). These agents
communicate with each other using KQML and have the
ability to communicate with legacy systems and relational
databases.

AgenTalk
|
AgenTalk is a coordination protocol description language
for multiagent systems. In the distributed artificial
intelligence area, many coordination protocols such as the
contract net protocol have been proposed, and many
application-specific protocols will be required as more
software agents start to be built.
|
|
Agent Building Shell
|
Agent Building Shell (ABS) provides several layers of
reusable services for agent construction, relieving
developers from the effort of building agent systems from
scratch and giving them a guarantee that trustworthy tools
and methods have been provided. Each agent built with the
shell can use consistent subsets of this architecture to
implement specific multiagent configurations.
