How To Download 
Each agent has its own page that contains its description, the license type, file size, and system requirements. The 'Download' image is located towards the right of the page.
 Click on the 'Windows' icon just below to begin downloading
(or the 'Mac' icon if you are a Mac user).
A small window will open asking you, "What would you like to do with this file?". Simply click on the "Save it to disk" or "Save" then click OK
You will then be presented with a window asking where you want to save the file. the window will offer you a default location and file name. you may wish to change the location or file name. We recommend saving your downloads to your desktop or to a folder you can easily remember and access.
Wait until the file has finished downloading
Now that you have the agent saved to your computer, you are ready to install it. If you saved the file to your desktop, double click on the icon to begin installation. Otherwise, find the downloaded file on your computer and double click on it to start installing the agent.
